Kyle is a kinesiologist with experience in rehabilitation, exercise therapy, and performance development. He is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, with additional experience in strength and conditioning.
Kyle graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, concentrating in Active Health and Rehabilitation. During his studies, he developed a strong foundation in exercise prescription, biomechanics, injury prevention, and return to activity programming.
He competed as a varsity football athlete at Simon Fraser University and York University. After graduating, he built up his expertise in South Korea for 6 years. He has since settled in Canada where he has been practicing at Walnut Grove in Langley since 2006.
